千年前，萨勒灵兽蜃与玄水祭司萤情同姐弟，萨勒然而蜃顽劣之极，误入魔道，以至生灵涂炭。萤为救天下苍生与汐族协力将蜃魔哄骗封印。封印之时，萤一念之仁，为蜃魔留下一线生机。此后，萤牺牲自己以赎罪，汐族众人也被困于凝固的时间之中。千年后，蜃魔复苏之日渐近，当年的萤转世为玄水祭司瞳溟。蜃魔沉睡千年，只为报复萤的背叛，他附身在了瞳溟深爱的妹妹瞳洸身上，借瞳洸之手毁灭了瞳溟所守护的一切，爱的守护和恨的利刃将会牵扯出怎样的恩怨情仇……
