中文说唱创新行业观察节目组建了Boss团和说唱导师团。Boss团由李荣浩担任音乐总监，国产潘玮柏担任A&R市场总监，国产MC HotDog热狗担任说唱文化总监，周震南担任企划专员，车澈担任厂牌主理人。说唱导师团由说唱歌手GAI周延、VaVa毛衍七、Tizzy T、王以太、盛宇DamShine组成。节目汇聚了一批极具少年感的说唱新人，进行为期 100天的专业培训和多元化考核。节目全程贯彻“真培养”理念，以经营说唱经纪公司的模式培养RapStar。爱奇艺将和大众一起见证说唱新人的成长之路！
