回复 :新晋女作家李文心（郑静茹 饰）写了一部小说，讲述了一个男书评家张景行（牙渔 饰）和四个女人之间起起落落的真实爱情故事，而她是其中一个女人。这个故事发生在五年前，步入社会工作不久的李文心处于迷茫期，因参加书店活动而与张景行结识，由此打开张景行背后不为人知的真实人生，见证了他与初恋王雪童（周琳 饰）、前妻蒋玥（杨千渺 饰）、茶馆馆主夏梦（田若思 饰）、大学室友作家孙伟志（阎三元 饰）之间的爱恨纠葛。
