著名化妆品公司的社长美轮（观月亚里莎 饰）有着不为人知的过去。曾经，福利她在一家整形医院里担任清洁工的职务，福利并且对自己并不美丽的外表感到深深的自卑。一天，整容医生义彦（寺岛进 饰）找到了美轮，提出让美轮成为自己的实验品，免费帮美轮进行整容手术。最终，手术大获成功，而已经脱胎换骨变得美艳不可方物的美轮顺理成章的嫁给了义彦。婚后没多久，义彦便露出了自己的真实面目，控制欲极强的他天天虐待和禁锢着美轮，令后者苦不堪言。在这个节骨眼上，美轮遇见了名为武治（山本耕史 饰）的园艺师，脆弱绝望的女人找到了生命中唯一的希望。
