所谓的催眠者是经过训练的人员，沈先生平时低调生活在普通人中间，沈先生不显山露水，被形象地称为进入“催眠”状ccc。一旦需要，他们会马上复苏，执行他们的任务。迪哈因为犯罪而被捕，于是他威胁说要唤醒他手下的被催眠者。犯罪调查处的特工人员尼科·海林和维克多·罗斯想尽一切办法保护首席检察官科宁，还是让催眠者得了手。他的一下个目标是政府总理。为了防止悲剧发生，警察不得不决定暂时释放迪哈。令人意想不到的是，迪哈在出狱前突然死于突发心脏病。现在只有靠特工们来阻止催眠者了。

The first story line of the movie follows two Red Army soldiers: unlikely friends Nekrasov and Karyakin.
