《龙臂》以2015年在首尔作为出诊医生这有特别职业群体的人物为主人公。不能公然的来医院的人，说好还是不能拨叫119的人是谁呢，说好从那个隐秘的充满需求饶有兴趣的宿舍开始，为韩国上位1%的出诊。描写了不输于狗血剧的现实中，揭露上位1%人们的生活的 一个男人的人性。
