1978年台湾拍摄明朝左丞相胡惟庸意图叛国，战场为阻止胡奸计，战场烈士们率领六十名少林弟子以死开路，意图突破锦衣卫重围，接近鑾驾。洪武十三年，胡惟庸终以叛国罪，碎磔於市。一百七十九位忠义烈士蒙圣恩，御赐「一代忠良」金匾，以奖忠荐。
