回复 :故事讲述未来世界遭遇严重污染，人口出生率骤降，美国部分地区经历血腥革命后建立了男性极权社会Gilead，当权者实行一夫多妻制，女性被当做国有财产，有生育能力的女性称为“女仆”，被迫作为统治阶级的生育工具，女主角Offred就是其中之一，她周旋于统治者、统治者凶残的“妻子”、为统治者打理家务的年长女人“Martha”之间，想在活下去的同时找到自己被夺走的女儿。

His eldest (and favorite) sibling, Francis, boards at military school because his parents believe it will reform him and keep him out of trouble. Malcolm often has a hard time coping with his family life, but he has more troubles to contend with when he starts receiving special treatment at school after being diagnosed as an intellectually advanced genius.
