回复 :故事发生在上个30年代的是上海，主线是在王杰的“侠”和吴启华的“医”身上。其中蔡少芬演一位歌舞厅的歌女：王杰扮演的“侠”原是一个拉黄包车的车夫，后来发展成为上海“黑老大”：苏永康扮演的是一位与多个女子有感情纠葛的风流男子，最初是个小偷，后来被吴启华“治”好，跟随他从医：吕颂贤在戏中扮演一位上个世纪30年代的警察：周嘉玲扮演一位俱乐部的女老板：还有一位新人蒋雅文，她扮演苏永康的妹妹；另一位是当红明星赵荣。
