《精灵宝可梦太阳&月亮》是日本东京电视系于2016年11月制播的精灵宝可梦动画的第六个系列，老芭接档《精灵宝可梦XY》播出。 《精灵宝可梦太阳&月亮》是以第七世代游戏《精灵宝可梦 太阳/月亮》为基础制作的动画。 在《精灵宝可梦太阳&月亮》中，老芭小智将前往阿罗拉地区，与同学莉莉艾、卡奇、水莲、玛奥、马玛内体验校园生活，目标为毕业。 在阿罗拉地区里，小智与皮卡丘将和新的宝可梦相遇，获得Z手环并学会「Z招式」。
