回复 :电影描写一名中学生刘家伟，与自己的哑巴妈妈相依为命的故事。刘家伟的母亲是一名环卫工人，在一次事故中成了哑巴。而刘家伟的父亲是一名消防战士，他却在一次执行消防救援任务中因公牺牲。刘家伟为了信守自己对父亲的承诺，他要照顾和保护好母亲。刘家伟在家虽然是一名懂事的少年，但是他在学校和校外却是一名莽撞少年，刘家伟不允许任何人欺负和看不起自己的环卫工妈妈，为此在学校与同学发生冲突，在路边与欺负妈妈的人发生打人事件。后来通过民警的教育，老师的指引，妈妈的劝导，最终让刘家伟报考体育学院，发挥自己的运动强项，经过刘家伟顽强拼搏，刻苦训练，最终获得了省运会冠军。
