阿全是一个社会白领，结花每天做着同样的工作，结花走同样的路，生活一尘不变，性格孤僻，冷漠的一个人。他的工作就是接电话。女孩思琴本身是一个性格开朗，乐观，对生活充满了信心，也是一名电话接听员，对于所有的客户，都非常可亲，认真的对待每一天。可是因为与阿全的认识，女孩思琴犹豫再三决定不再帮老板完成后面的任务。并且两人得到了一种相互的救赎。
