天津小老板戴进曾经是一个颜值相当低的“个体户”，日本由于颜值过低导致生意做得非常不顺利，日本为了改变自己的现状，于是下定决心到韩国整容，并且在颜值上成功逆袭。给戴进做整形的是一位在韩国小有名气的整形医生，他的助理贾帅是中国人。整形成功后，颇具经济头脑的戴进觉得开整形医院是个好买卖，便力邀贾帅回国一起开整形医院。在招入了“萝莉美女”陈小悠、来自上海的“性感女护士”苏然、来自北京毕业于国内知名医科大学的实习医生“小鲜肉”秦昊和来自东北农村的“彪悍女保安”刘春花四人之后，整形医院算是正式开张了。从此，来自不同地域、拥有不同性格但怀揣共同梦想的六个人，在可以整形医院接待了各型各色的整容的人，共同演绎了一系列名为“整容”实为“拯心”的正能量欢乐故事……
