大侠霍元甲头七之日，祝爱日本虹口武道场翻译胡恩（魏平澳 饰）受铃木宽（桥本力 饰）委派，祝爱带人上精武馆挑衅。霍元甲五弟子陈真（李小龙 饰）不堪其辱，孤身赴武道场应战，大败数十人。铃木宽大怒，派人打砸精武馆，并限三天交出陈真。为保陈真性命，大师兄（田丰 饰）命令陈真离开上海。当夜，陈真意外发现师父被毒害的线索，盛怒之下手刃凶手（黄宗迅 饰）及其内应（韩英杰 饰），并决定挖出幕后主使……

回复 :拉萨雷校长面对警察工作难以及时到位的现状，再出奇思异想，推出“全民警察”计划，由警校负责培训社会志愿者，以加强警民联系。于是乎，马哈尼（斯蒂夫•古根伯格 Steve Guttenberg 饰）、高塔等六人组以及卡拉汉教官再次受命返回学校。与此同时，昔日的教官哈里上尉担心志愿者会影响警察们的工作，对拉萨雷的计划唱起了反调。警察学校方面的各毕业生迅速开展志愿者征集，引发哈里粗暴执法的滑板少年等人纷纷加入，全民警察计划正式启动，然而拉萨雷因为要参加国际警察会议，学校由哈里暂时接管。持反对态度的哈里自然不会给马哈尼等教官和志愿者们好果子吃，然而一次越狱事件，令志愿者们很快发挥了所学……

When Siren's mother is taken, the town must rally behind her, and help her make a peaceful transition into the water, before the hunters can find out where she is.
