回复 :善良的道长林正英（林正英 饰）开设祭坛，供奉那些被母亲堕胎以致肉体毁灭无法投胎的灵婴。祭坛中的灵婴大多天真可爱，但有三个因三番五次被堕胎，戾气十足，邪恶无比。道长命徒儿秋生（钱小豪 饰）和文才（许冠英 饰）将婴灵的偶人送至师妹蔗姑（吴君如 饰）处供养，却不慎将尚未修炼完毕的邪恶灵婴放走，附在正英旧情人莲妹（关秀媚 饰）的身上。莲妹嫁给某军阀，军阀为怪病困扰，请来正英师徒。正英检查军阀家墓穴得知，军阀父亲已幻化成僵尸，尸毒为害子嗣。另一方面，正英偶然发现邪婴出现于帅府，知其中有变，遂急忙找来……
