回复 :仁和医院高级精神科医生高立仁（方中信 饰）在婚礼前痛失为重案组探员的未婚妻莫敏儿（徐子珊 饰），随即陷入悲伤中不可自拔，甚至为此辞去工作。却不料就在此时，医院接收了一名声称被幻听所困更涉嫌强奸案的精神分裂患者。对此案不甚关心的高立仁路过案发现场，误打误撞帮助了博安医院法医精神科医生梁启荣（萧正楠 饰），并建立亦师亦友的关系。已经在外挂牌行医的连志森（蒋志光 饰）担心老友丧妻后萎靡不振的精神状态，多番劝说他重振旗鼓。高立仁也终于决定去博安医院任职。在随后一次同学聚会中，夜总会发生命案，高立仁意外结识了警方卧底林颂恩（杨怡 饰）。而在工作过程中，也逐渐与顾问医生卓慧翘（蒙嘉慧 饰）成为朋友。与此同时，连志森与梁启荣也分别陷入了暧昧不清的情爱关系……
