辉（张卫健）和健（吴刚）是在泰国长大的好友，邪王辉热衷于赌术，邪王健醉心打拳。两人因生活所迫，逃至香港，途中结识少女芳（关秀媚），芳对辉产生情愫。三人寄居健的姨妈家，表妹对健一见倾心。辉在赌王张啸天赌场做事，少爷张明（江欣燕），原来就是辉和健在泰国有一面之缘的梦中情人夏小雪，辉和健向明展开追求，卷入家族争斗中。辉被逼离开香港，从而成为广州赌王。倪俊杰（欧阳震华）为父报仇，设计害死张啸天。辉和健助明报仇，一场恶战即将展开。
