本剧改编自岩下庆子的同名漫画，春暖以合租房屋为舞台，春暖讲述了性格乖张的三十岁左右男和单纯拼命的笨拙女高中生在冲突中互相帮助，共同成长的爱情喜剧。平面设计师松永纯住在不同世代的男女共同居住的合租房里，有一天，女高中生园田美己突然搬进来，就这样，两人在同一屋檐下展开了共同生活。那么，这份超过10岁年龄差的恋爱，究竟会怎么发展呢？

One night she falls in love on a blind date with Sergio, desperate of how to tell her daughter the news; tricks her by telling her that his new boyfriend it's actually Santa. Now the boyfriend has to prove himself and convince her and he does, but eventually she finds out. The illusion breaks but the magic remains so she visits Sergio in his restaurant to give him her letter, asking not toys but a family, and they both granted her wish.
