回复 :香港在1980年10月取消抵垒政策，转为采取即捕即解政策，一班中国大陆非法入境者就赶于三日宽限期里面，用游水、撑船等方式非法偷渡入境到香港申请身分证，于边境地区被“打蛇集团”绑架，以凌辱的方法逼他们讲出香港亲戚电话号码，以收取赎金。最后，“人蛇”们逃出打蛇集团魔爪，但最终不幸地被警察逮捕。
