回复 :影片取材于民间传说故事，集玄幻、幽默、爱情于一体，新鲜感十足。主要讲述了北斗星宿大神“天蓬”因犯天条被贬下界，受四十七重劫，九十九重难。天界赐予其‘功德簿’，让其游历人间，度化苍生的故事。天蓬元帅（王煜凯饰）英勇盖世法力无边，统领八十万水军，挥举‘九齿钉耙’与恶兽穷奇大战三天三夜 ，终将穷奇击败，大获全胜，但一场胜仗使得天蓬元帅肆意妄为无法无天，酒醉拱倒玉帝斗牛宫，玉帝大怒将天蓬元帅逐出天庭，贬落凡间。天蓬元帅落入凡间化名卞庄，一路修行积功、结爱高翠兰（孟展伊饰）并与穷奇了结百年恩怨后终明何为情爱、何为大义、并完成自我救赎的故事。片中除了天蓬与高翠兰的“欢喜冤家”式的恋爱外，高不凡（林枫烨饰）与鹩哥（赵琳饰）的感情线也是一大看点。
