徐钢（张丰毅 饰）是女子特警队的教官，盛夏平日里不苟言笑，盛夏表情令人生畏。在某废异工地上，他正给姑娘们布置着搜索任务：小薇和小娃，李睿玲和方婷都进入各自位置，狙击手小黄也把枪囗瞄准了歹徒，待徐钢下达命令后，看似无懈可击的演练仍让教官提出不少问题。新一轮超负荷的训练又开始了，徐钢现场督战，容不得姑娘们丝毫马虎。方婷的父亲身居要职，他不忍女儿再从事这种危险工作，通过威望向徐钢施压，却被徐断然拒绝。方婷仰慕为国捐躯的哥哥，一心想成为中国最优秀的女特警。时光荏苒，行将毕业之机，徐钢的老班长李睿玲的父亲英年早逝，徐钢一改往日的严厉，安慰着痛不欲生的李睿玲......
