回复 :抗日战争初期，深受日寇之害的敌占区民族资本家王尧翁为自保，以提供军饷和军械装备为条件，提出与国民党某军长、他的结拜兄弟于子才合作训练一支对抗日寇的女子别动队。于子才答应，派出自己的贴身警卫官杨干乔（刘威）负责执行以“蓝色铁锚行动”为名的特殊训练任务，八名流亡女青年被带到深山中的偏僻军营，开始了严格、残酷的训练。王尧翁运给于子才的军饷和军械被勾结日伪汉奸的田八爷所截，女子别动队第一次出动，虽有队员牺牲，但出色完成任务，王尧翁非常满意，挑出菲菲（张悦楷）作他的贴身保镖，其他队员在杨干乔带领下深入敌占区继续行动，漂亮的林曼云（何晴）化身当红舞女出现在汉奸头目宋宝先身边。风云变幻，王尧翁与于子才为了私利也做汉奸，而杨干乔对于子才向来死忠。
